This Sliding Door Enclosure offers protection for personnel and minimizes odors during research processes. Its spacious interior can accommodate the Jove dry powder nebulizer and live samples. The containment of the enclosure has been tested and proven to meet ASHRAE 110 standards during our Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
The enclosure features a sturdy polypropylene frame with clear acrylic viewing panels and a black lab-grade phenolic base designed to contain spills. It can be safely operated with any of its four doors open. Additionally, four iris ports allow for the entry of additional wires or lines without compromising containment. The system is equipped with a face velocity alarm that alerts users when the air velocity drops below a safe level. Filtration is provided through a single HEPA outlet filter that reconnects to the house exhaust system.
Other notable features include two hinged doors (one on each side), removable front sliding doors for easy cleaning between applications, an LED light tube with adjustable angle, a side-mounted light switch, and an FS1650 face velocity alarm.
