This Weighing, Mixing & Evaporation Enclosure provides personnel protection during applications with powder materials. The interior has enough workspace for Mettler-Toledo Balances, IKA Mixers, and Genevac Evaporators. Containment is proven using ASHRAE 110 testing standards.
The outside frame is a durable polypropylene with glass viewing panels and a black lab-grade phenolic base dished to contain spills. The right side features a blank plate that connects with several accessories or can link enclosures together using a pass-thru. The left side features a waste chute where waste materials and equipment can be disposed of properly.
An integrated face velocity alarm is included in this system to alert when the air velocity drops below a safe operating level. This enclosure also features a two dual-HEPA filtration system fitted with a BIBO (Bag-in, bag-out) filter change-out system. An LED light bar provides additional light into the workspace when needed.
