Spray Dry Sliding Sash Enclosure for Cascade TEK Oven and Sartorius Balance

This custom sliding door enclosure is designed for personnel protection during spray drying operations. It is engineered to mate with a Cascade TEK vacuum oven along a Satorious Balance and a Corning Stirring Hotplate.

Materials of construction include a white polypropylene superstructure with clear acrylic sliding doors and panels. It features HEPA filtration units paired with organic carbon filters. An LED light provides excellent visibility inside the workspace.

Safety is paramount with an FS1650 audible alarm monitoring air velocities and minihelic gauges for filter load. Additionally, it is equipped with a double safe waste chute on the left, further ensuring a secure environment.
