Personnel Protection Enclosure for ADC Purification

This custom sliding door enclosure by Flow Sciences is designed to provide personnel protection during ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) purification processes. It ensures a controlled environment that maintains performance to a specific containment level of 100 µg/m³ CPT, making it an ideal solution for high-sensitivity laboratory operations.

The enclosure is constructed using durable polypropylene, acrylic, and aluminum extrusion materials, complemented by a black lab-grade phenolic base with a dished design. The internal dimensions of the enclosure are 62 inches in width, 50 inches in depth, and 40.69 inches in height. It features a bag-in/bag-out system for safe material handling and an integrated top-mount fan (24×14, 220V) with an alarm system. The HEPA filters are H-14 compliant, ensuring high-efficiency particulate air filtration.
