Liquid Containment Enclosure for Acetonitrile

This custom sliding door enclosure by Flow Sciences is engineered to provide optimal liquid containment for Acetonitrile handling. Designed for use with the BioAutomation Corporation Mermade 12 Synthesizer, this enclosure ensures a safe and controlled environment for high-precision synthesis processes.

Constructed from durable polypropylene with clear acrylic panels, the enclosure measures 71.75 inches in width, 30 inches in depth, and 40 inches in height. The unit includes two 6-inch exhaust ports and four front sliding doors, providing easy access and enhanced workflow efficiency. Additionally, the enclosure is equipped with four 6-inch diameter iris ports, an integrated LED light, and a face velocity alarm, ensuring operational safety and visibility.

Performance testing indicates the enclosure maintains containment levels to the µg/m³ level, ensuring a high degree of protection for both users and the environment.

  • Vent Kit: (8 feet) 6-inch hose with two hose clamps

Add-ons:

  • Ergonomic lift table (ADA, 72 x 30, 110V)
  • Waste chute (port) with retaining bands and bags
  • Crate charge for secure shipment (palletized, padded, and strapped with triple-walled cardboard)
