HPAPI Drying and Multi-Fill Suite designed as a complete sampling system with a nitrogen glovebox enclosure for processing and drying of HPAPI (High Potency Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) connected to a laminar flow hood. Designed for product and personnel protection during filling of small sampling containers.
The suite features 2 enclosures. The left side nitrogen glovebox enclosure features a static dissipative acrylic superstructure, equipment loading door (38” W x 20” H opening), right side pass through 12” W x 16” H, (2x) 8” oval glove ports, a 0-1.0” WC Magnahelic Gauge, and a dished phenolic black base. The right side enclosure is Class I BSC Single HEPA featuring an acrylic superstructure, a top mount fan with HEPA filter, hinged door style, right side optional pass through port, left side wall cutout for attachment to the nitrogen glovebox, black phenolic base with base disposal port and cover, and acrylic viewing panels. Enclosure suite includes a powder coated table with leveling feet. Acrylic viewing panels maximize lighting across the workspace.
