VIBRATION ISOLATION

The Flow Sciences Top Mount Enclosure Series eliminates vibration. Through engineering controls and intuitive design, the vibration of the fan does not transfer to the work surface, allowing for accuracy in weighing and other sensitive applications.

CLEANABLE FROM FACE TO FILTER

Unlike Alternative Technology, Flow Sciences Units Can Be CLEANED FROM FACE OPENING TO HEPA FILTER Leaving NO Uncleanable Areas and Preventing Cross Contamination.

FLOW SCIENCES VS ALTERNATIVE BRANDS

Flow Sciences filter and exhaust design leaves no Uncleanable Area from the enclosure opening to the primary HEPA and a completely uncontaminated fan unit.  This will prevent cross contamination by allowing full cleaning between materials.   By placing the fan above the HEPA filters, the exhausted air is free from contamination when it reaches the fan components allowing service to this portion of the equipment with no exposure risk to personnel.  This design also increases the life and integrity of the filter by evenly pulling air through the filter(s) versus pushing air through to exhaust in a concentrated portion of the filter.

BAG-IN/BAG-OUT TECHNOLOGY

Flow Sciences’ Top Mount Safety Enclosure with Bag-in / Bag-out (BIBO) Filtration is engineered to provide a safe, stable working environment in laboratory settings. The BIBO filter is designed for safe disposal and replacement of HEPA filter by a certified technician. Watch the video:

DUAL HEPA

In addition to the Bag-In/Bag-Out capability for the primary filter, the BIBO housing also contains a secondary HEPA filter.  This filter acts as a redundant filter during normal use in case of primary filter breakthrough or damage.  This filter is also highly useful during the change out process of the primary filter.  By leaving the fan running during primary filter change out, the secondary filter can capture any material dislodged during the mechanical manipulation of the primary.  The secondary filter will protect the fan during the entire change out process, while also maintaining a steady stream of air through the enclosure, further protecting the personnel responsible for the primary filter change out.
