Our Powder Titration Enclosure offers personnel protection during powder weighing and titration applications. The interior workspace can house Karl Fischer Titration instruments and a Mettler-Toledo Analytical Balance. Vapors and fumes from the titration process flow through the top-mount dual-stacked HEPA filters equipped with BIBO change-out systems. Once filtered, exhaust air exits through a house exhaust connection. Containment is proven against ASHRAE 110 standards during FAT testing.
This enclosure is a durable polypropylene superstructure and acrylic viewing panels and doors. The base is a black lab-grade phenolic resin and is dished at the edges to contain spills. Side access doors allow access to various sides of the enclosure in case of equipment maintenance or cleaning between applications. Features for this enclosure include an LED Light Tube, 2x 4″ IRIS Ports, a Side Mounted Light Switch, an FS2070 Waste Chute, 2x Minihelic Pressure Differential Gauges, and an FS1650 Face Velocity Alarm.
