This Malvern Analytical Sliding Door Enclosure provides personnel protection and odor mitigation during analytical sampling applications. The interior workspace is large enough to house Malvern equipment to analyze the samples. Containment is tested and proven with ASHRAE 110 standards during our Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
This Sliding Door Enclosure has a durable polypropylene frame with clear acrylic viewing panels and a black lab-grade phenolic base, dished to contain spills. The enclosure is safe to operate with two of the four sliding doors open. Two iris ports allow additional wires or lines to enter the work area without breaking containment. A face velocity alarm is included in this system to alert when the air velocity drops below a safe operating level.
Additional features include two hinged doors (one on each side), removable front sliding doors to facilitate cleaning between applications, LED light tube w/ adjustable angle, side-mounted light switch, and FS1650 face velocity alarm.
