Personnel Protection Enclosure for Liquid APIs in Malvern Load-and-Go Operations

This custom sliding door enclosure by Flow Sciences is designed for personnel protection during the handling of liquid APIs in load-and-go operations. The enclosure ensures a safe and controlled environment, accommodating the Malvern Spraytec with Nasal & Inhalation Cell Accessories.

Constructed with 3/4″ polypropylene, 1/4″ clear acrylic panels, and aluminum extrusion, the enclosure features a black lab-grade phenolic base dished to contain spills. The internal dimensions are 59.75 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 33.69 inches high. It includes two 24×14 top mount fans with mesh tops, HEPA filters that are H-14 compliant, a face velocity alarm integrated into the top mount fan, a white LED light tube with an adjustable angle, a side-mounted LED light switch, four removable front sliding doors, and two 6″ iris ports.
