This custom enclosure by Flow Sciences is specifically designed for lyophilized product protection during the process of reducing humidity in lyophilized API material before it is packaged and weighed. The enclosure facilitates a controlled low-humidity environment essential for handling sensitive lyophilized materials.
Constructed from durable polypropylene and acrylic, the enclosure features a black lab-grade phenolic base dished to contain spills. The nominal dimensions are 60 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 28 inches high. The enclosure is equipped with a primary and secondary HEPA filter (H-14 compliant), a rear accessory panel with grounded 110-120V receptacles, a front equipment loading door with gas shocks and glove ports, a pass-thru on the left side with an outer latching door, and an internal pass-thru door. Additionally, it includes a front-mounted IP67 LED light tube, a nitrogen inlet, and a Magnahelic pressure gauge.
