Our Lithium Nickel Manganese Containment Enclosure offers personnel protection and dust control during weighing and particle analysis applications. This enclosure is specifically for applications using materials such as lithium nickel manganese and Sunrose MAC800LC in small quantities. Containment is proven using ASHRAE 110 testing standards.
The outside frame is durable polypropylene with acrylic viewing panels and sliding doors. The base is made of a black lab-grade phenolic resin and is dished at the edges to contain spills within the containment zone.
The Interior working space in this unit is large enough to accommodate various types of equipment like a Mettler-Toledo® Balance, an FT4 Powder Rheometer®, or a Hosokawa Micron’s Powder Characteristics Tester PT-X.
Additional features for this enclosure include 2x Dual-HEPA Filters, LED Light Tube, FS1650 Face Velocity Alarm, 4x 3″ Iris Ports, side access doors, and 2x Magnehelic Gauges.
