Both positions are full-time, on-site at our Leland facility just outside Wilmington.
Sheet Metal Fabricator
Turn engineering drawings into finished parts on press brakes, punches and rollers, then weld and assemble them into equipment that ships around the world.
- Run CNC press brakes, turret punch, plate rollers and more
- Work in stainless, aluminum and carbon steel
- Cross-train in powder coating and other processes
- 2–4 years of fabrication experience
Powder Coating Operator
Own the finish. You’ll prep, coat and cure everything from small brackets to large assemblies, and make sure every part leaves the line looking right.
- Run our powder coating line with a 10′ × 10′ cure oven
- Prep surfaces and check coating quality
- Paid, on-the-job training
- Painting or coating experience a plus, not required
