ProFill 3007 Capsule Filling System Enclosure

The ProFill 3007 Capsule Filling System Enclosure is designed to provide personnel protection during capsule filling operations involving weighing and dispensing of Highly Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HPAPI). Accommodates space for a stainless steel pan, 7.7” (W) x 14” (D) Mettler Toploading weighing balance, 9.5” (W) x 20” (D) Mettler DeltaRange weighing balance, 23” (W) x 19” (D) x 26” (H) ProFill 3007 Capsule Filling System seated on ProFill M8 vibratory base, and a ProFill Semi-Automatic Orienter. Features LED lighting with white and amber color settings.

The enclosure also features a polypropylene superstructure, dished phenolic base with 14” x 14” dropped recess, two minihelic gauges, three silicone-sealed hinged acrylic doors, acrylic viewing panels on left and right sides, 2x integrated FS1650 velocity alarms, 304 stainless steel hardware and airfoils, bottom-mounted removable continuous liner for safe loading of bulk powder, acrylic viewing panels, top mount fans with bag-in/bag-out dual HEPA filters, and 316 stainless steel dropped recess for staging of vibratory base. Waste disposal access is available on both ends of the unit with two Flow Sciences Double Safe Waste Chute ports. Stainless steel ADA lifting table with lock-down casters also included.
