Enclosure designed to provide personnel protection down to a respiratory exposure concentration of 1000-5000 ug/m3. Features (3x) 8” oval glove ports on removable draftshield on front of unit. Upon removal/replacement of the glove panel, the top – mounted fan / filter housing automatically adjusts volumetric flow rate (fan speed) to the corresponding setting calibrated by the certifier. 8” continuous liner on right side facilitates easy execution of waste removal procedure and easy preparation for the next iteration.

Fan / Filter housing features Dual-HEPA filtration with Bag – In / Bag – Out (BIBO) filter replacement which contains the filter within a hazard bag to allow safe removal and replacement with new filter.

Additional features include:

  • Integrated 1650 alarm which alerts the user when face velocity is below the setpoint calibrated by the certifier
  • LED lighting with switch
  • 6” exhaust port on top of unit; connects to house exhaust when thimble connection is used (sold separately)
  • 1.5” diameter iris port on each side to allow entry and egress of electrical / equipment
